Goods/Services – Food Delivery
These Terms and Conditions of use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) form an integral part of the Agreement for the purchase of goods/services and set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of the Goods, the cancellation and return policy, the refund policy, the dispute resolution policy.
The Seller shall have the right at any time to make changes, amendments or additions to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the requirements of the law. Such changes shall take effect upon posting on the Website.
The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the prices displayed on the Website and/or introduce new paid services at any time.
The Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed to have been concluded when the Customer has selected the Goods, placed them in the shopping cart, provided the delivery address, read the Terms and Conditions and ticked “I accept the Terms and Conditions” box in the order confirmation window.
The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
When placing an order, the Customer can choose the method of collection.
Delivery by courier shall be made within 1 day of receipt of payment for the Goods and confirmation sent to the Customer’s email that the order has been received.
Goods can be collected from the restaurant on the same day after payment has been received and confirmation sent to the Customer.
For private dining snacks, delivery will be made no earlier than within 48 hours after payment for the Goods has been received and confirmation of receipt of the order has been emailed to the Customer.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the Goods. To find out the exact delivery costs for your order, place all the products in the virtual shopping cart and go to the “Shopping cart”. When you select a delivery location, the system will give you the exact delivery cost for your order.
Where an order contains multiple items and these are not delivered at the same time, a separate charge will be made for each delivery subject to prior notification to the Customer.
The Customer pays for the order:
The Customer shall make payment to the Seller within 1 (one) working day, at the latest upon delivery of the order.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer within the term specified for delivering the Goods as set out in the descriptions of the Goods. If delivery of the Goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, the Seller undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and to coordinate all matters relating to the delivery of the Goods.
If, on receipt of the Goods, the Customer notices that the consignment does not contain the correct Goods or that the Goods are not of the correct size, colour, or any other discrepancy, the Customer shall immediately notify the Seller.
Exchanges, returns and corrections are made in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law (CRPL) of the Republic of Latvia and Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 “On Distance Contracts”.
The Customer has the right to complain about the ordered Goods within 14 days of receiving them by sending a letter of complaint to the Seller at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method the Customer used for the transaction. The Seller will refund the amount paid for the Goods within 14 calendar days of the return of the Goods.
Dispute Resolution Policy
All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller or in connection with the purchase of the Goods shall be settled by the Parties by mutual negotiation or correspondence with a view to reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute before the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Complaints about the availability or quality of goods should be emailed to email@example.com or mailed to 66-7 Bruninieku Street, Riga. The complaint will be processed within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the complaint, and a response will be sent to the contact address provided in the complaint.
If the complaint is considered to be unfounded and you disagree, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided for by law and regulation.
